Our version of a Missouri sweet white wine. Sweetness level of 5%. This sweet wine boasts big fruit flavors and finishes with a nice richness. Pairs well with sweet desserts and spicy foods.
Similar Wine: Moscato
A semi dry white wine that has a sugar level of 2.5% sweetness. Made from the Chardonel grape and aged in stainless steel. This is a perfect picnic wine and is very fruit forward and finishes with smooth lightly sweet flavors.
Similar Wine: Riesling
A dry stainless steel aged white wine. Very fruit forward due to the stainless steel and no oak. Nice aromas of pear, peach and apple. Clean and crisp flavor with a soft finish. Pairs well with seafood, poultry, pork and pasta.
Similar Wines: Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc
This unique and rare wine is a small batch white port made from the Chardonel grape and boasts flavors of sweet pears and apple. Fortified with grape brandy and stainless steel aged, this port works well as an aperitif or dessert.
A dry white wine that is fermented in French oak barrels. Goes through a labor-intensive barrel stirring called sur lie. Full-bodied with aromas of soft oak, vanilla and fresh fruit, like pear and apricot, and a long smooth finish. Pairs well with seafood, poultry and creamy pastas.

Crying Stone - Cuvée Blanc
We believe our property to be so special and calming to the soul, that we decided to bottle it and share it with our friends. We painstakingly gathered stones from our grounds and aged this wine upon these stones and within French Oak Barrels for more than a year. The result is a remarkably complex and inviting wine that reflects the terroir, minerality and spirit of the land.
Our version of a Missouri sweet red wine. Sweetness level of 5% and very fruit forward. Made to resemble a true red wine with the only difference being the sweetness level. Fresh berry notes and finishes with a nice sweet note. Pairs well with spicy foods and pizza.

Our Dry Rosé is made from Chambourcin grapes that have been crushed, cold-pressed and fermented at 55 degrees Fahrenheit to retain the fresh berry notes. This wine has great aromas of strawberries and cranberries and finishes very clean and dry.
Stellar - Sparkling Brut Rosé
This is a hand-crafted sparkling champagne done in the methode champenoise process. Our base wine goes through a secondary fermentation in the bottle and is then riddled in racks and finished in traditional methods. Wonderful small bubbles characterize this Brut (dry) Rosé.
Made from Chambourcin grapes and fermented in stainless steel and aged in French oak. This is a great every day red dry. Nicely balanced with fruit and oak, and finishes very softly. Pairs well with red sauce pasta, steak and pizza. Will age for a few years, but is best enjoyed early in its life.
Our Norton, the official grape of Missouri, is aged in French oak and is a medium-bodied dry red wine. Aromas and flavors of spice, pepper and dark fruits along with a hint of vanilla can be found in this wine. Pairs well with wild game, steaks and dark chocolate. Will age nicely for several years.
A dry medium-bodied red wine that is custom blended from Cabernet Sauvignon, Norton, Cabernet Franc, and Chambourcin. Fuller-bodied than our Ravage, it is a complex red with tones of dark fruits and French oak. Pairs well with red sauce pastas, steaks, and pizzas.
This full-bodied red wine offers aromas and flavors of cherry, vanilla, and plum. Pairs well with red meats, sauces, cheeses, and Mediterranean fare.
We source our fruit from Washington State, and the grapes are handpicked and shipped directly to us. Aged in French oak this is a full-bodied dry red with nice berry and vanilla aromas and a rich smooth dry finish. Will age nicely for years to come. Pairs well with full bodied cheeses, dark chocolate, steak, and pasta with red sauce.
Eclipse Dessert Wine
Named in honor of the August 21, 2017 solar eclipse event, this Port-styled dessert wine is aged in French oak barrels and boasts big flavors of chocolate and berry notes. It is the perfect complement to desserts, or enjoyed by itself. This intriguing wine was rated as Gold Medal-Exceptional with 91 points by the Beverage Testing Institute.
Tawny Port, aged for many years in French oak barrels. Boasts wonderful rich aromas of butterscotch, caramel, and nutty characteristics. The sweet and velvety flavors linger a long time and give this wine an incredibly soft finish. Our winemakers refer to this wine as a legacy wine.

Aptly named to describe our journey to become a winery, Tempestuous embodies the spirit of the journey and is our signature wine and exclusive to our Tempestuous Club Members. This wine is very limited and will only be fulfilled as current members relinquish their allotment. If you are a dry red wine fan, then you will surely wish to be added to the waiting list.

Wild Sun Midnight Porter

A robust, dark beer with roasted malt flavors of coffee, chocolate & toffee. Slightly sweet with a smooth finish.
Wild Sun Sunset Red Ale
(ABV = 5.2%, IBU = 22, SRM = 14)
A slightly toasted, slightly caramel aromatic beer with a clean malty flavor, low to medium hop character and clean finish.
