This unique and rare wine is a small batch white port made from the Chardonel grape and boasts flavors of sweet pears and apples. Fortified with grape brandy and stainless steel aged. *Works well as an aperitif or with desserts.
Vintage port made in the classic Portugal style. Aged for two years in small French oak barrels. This dessert wine boast flavors of chocolate and berry. *Pairs well with figs and dried fruit desserts.
Tawny port aged for many years in French oak barrels. Boasts wonderful rich aromas of butterscotch, caramel and nutty characteristics. The sweet velvety flavors linger for a long time and give this wine an incredibly soft finish. This is our winemaker’s legacy wine. *Pairs well with caramel desserts and Crème Brulée.
This is a hand-crafted sparkling champagne done in the methode champenoise process. Our base wine goes through a secondary fermentation in the bottle and is then riddled in racks and finished in traditional methods. Wonderful small bubbles characterize this Brut (dry) Rosé.
