Chardonel Reserve

A dry white wine that is fermented in small French oak barrels. Goes through a labor-intensive barrel stirring called sur lie. Full bodied with aromas of soft oak, vanilla and fresh fruit like pear and apricot. Medium bodied and long smooth finish. Pairs well seafood, poultry and creamy pastas.
