Ravage

Made from Chambourcin grapes and fermented in stainless steel and aged in French oak. This is a great every day red dry. Nicely balanced with fruit and oak, and finished very softly. Pairs well with red sauce pasta, steak and pizza. Will age for a few years, but is best enjoyed early in its life.
